Like a scone it is flakey but they are bigger and saltier and a bit dryer. The gravy is a combination of fat, fat, fat, fat and flour and pepper. We see an egg (last we heard you had them in OZ) some pork product and some deep fried “indistinguishable stuff” … maybe burger, maybe chicken… Bon appitite! —BP
