  1. Out & About Chicago with Billy & Susie Poobah Todays lunch stop; Estrella Negra (Black Star) at Western & Fullerton, for very tasty, nuvo Mexicana food. Everything was fresh and tasty with unusual spiceings. In other words, not yer typical taco stand and you’ll pay a bit more but well worth it. The sweet potato fries had some lovely spices, the chicken tacos and beef tacos also had their own separate special spices and the sides were excellent too. —BP
