Chicago River — looking east to the lake, which is around the curve to the left.
This is pretty cool.
Many Chicagoans store their boats up river, in dry docks, for the winter. But come spring they take them out the the harbors in the lake. Not sure when… but on certain days, on the hour, the bridges rise in sequence to allow the boats to migrate —BP
